Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the products ordered, delivery destination, and available shipping methods.
For certain oversized, overweight, high-volume, or special-handling orders, the shipping amount calculated at checkout may be an estimate rather than the final freight cost. If additional shipping charges are required, DR Instruments will contact the customer by email or phone with the revised shipping cost before the order is shipped.
No additional shipping charges will be applied without customer approval. DR Instruments reserves the right to place the order on hold or cancel and refund the order if the revised shipping charges are not approved.
Shipping Within the United States
Orders are typically shipped via UPS Ground or another UPS service selected during checkout.
UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Customers selecting UPS shipping must provide a valid physical delivery address. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in shipping delays or additional carrier charges.
Once an order has shipped, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
International Shipping
DR Instruments ships internationally to many destinations. International orders may be shipped via UPS, USPS, or another appropriate carrier depending on the destination, order size, and shipping requirements.
Shipping charges shown at checkout are based on the available shipping information. Oversized, overweight, high-volume, or special-handling international orders may require additional freight charges. If an adjustment is necessary, we will contact the customer for approval before shipment.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, VAT, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge unless specifically stated during checkout.

DR Instruments is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, inspections, or other government or carrier processing outside of our control.
