We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@drinstruments.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like Face masks, medicines, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

The refund will only be for the product price excluding all other overhead charges (shipping, & handling, or any other charges related to the order). There will be a 15% restocking and return handling fee on Digital cameras, microscopes, and specialty furniture products.

Video / Utility furniture products
Video / Utility furniture products may be returned for product credit only with prior written authorization. There will be a restocking fee of 25% of the net invoice amount on all specialty furniture products. All returns must be made within 30 days of the return authorization.
Refund is subject to the following conditions :
1. The product must be returned in a resalable condition.
2. All packaging material must be included.
3. Packaging material must not be torn or damaged.
4. Customer will pay return shipping expenses.

We recommend that returns should be sent through an insured carrier. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged returns.
